Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of notrailvpn.com and the NoTrail VPN app (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Piz' Company, trading as NoTrail VPN, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 76153614, VAT number NL003051165B94, address: Torenlaan 5, 1402AT Bussum ("NoTrail," "we," "us"). By buying a pass or subscription or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The Service

NoTrail provides VPN access through its own app and website. The VPN network is operated for us by a wholesale supplier. A pass gives access for a fixed number of days (15 or 30) from activation and does not renew. A subscription gives access for a month at a time and renews automatically until cancelled.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or of legal age to enter a binding contract where you live, to buy from NoTrail. The Service is not available in every country, and we may restrict purchases or access from some regions.

Login codes

There is no account or password. A login code activates your access in the app. Keep it private: anyone who has it can use your remaining access. If you lose it, you can request a new one from the recovery page (website purchases) or restore your purchases in the app (App Store purchases).

Buying through the App Store

Purchases made in the iOS app are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Apple processes the payment, handles refund requests (via reportaproblem.apple.com) and manages subscription cancellation (iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Apple is not responsible for the Service or for any claims relating to it, but is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you as far as they relate to your use of the app.

Buying on the website

Website purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. A subscription renews each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from the link on your confirmation page and your access then continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law of your country or of the country you connect through, including laws that restrict VPN use where you are;
• distribute malware, scan or attack other systems, send spam or commit fraud;
• abuse the network in a way that degrades it for others, for example by running public servers or generating mass automated traffic;
• share or resell your login code or your access.

We may suspend or end access if you violate this section. Where that happens through your fault, unused time on a pass is not refunded.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Connection speed and server availability depend on factors such as your network, the destination you reach and our supplier's infrastructure. No VPN can make you completely anonymous or guarantee security on every network; you remain responsible for how you use the Service.

Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own devices while your access is active. The NoTrail name, logo and app are ours. The app uses the open-source WireGuard protocol implementation under its respective licence; NoTrail is not affiliated with or endorsed by the WireGuard project.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pass or billing period in which the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms, for example when the Service changes. The date above shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to a pass or billing period already paid for, unless required by law.

Governing law and disputes

Dutch law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of that country. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
